Follow these tips for playing mafia wars to ensure a head start over other small fry. This isn't a game for the softies, so you'd best start off with a smarter head.
1) In order to make as much money as possible, make your character a Mogul and invest in properties. You'll get paid automatically every 54 minutes for the properties you own. Not bad, eh?
2) Do not blow your Godfather points on useless crap such as refills, money, or a new name. Save them up for unknown crates. Just play for an hour or so every day to get your extra Godfather point bonuses.
3) To level up quickly, throw all your skill points into the Energy skill. Make your character a Maniac and you're a bad ass leveling and jobbing machine. Prove help for your family with their jobs and you'll keep them happy.
4) Give out gifts to your family often. When they need something and you have 10 of that something, it does you no good to keep it, capiche? You're all in this together, keep each others backs and they'll do the same for you.
5) So what's a gangster to do when he or she is poor and out of energy? Hell yeah, start some fights! It's usually a good idea to fight with someone with a smaller family. Less family members usually means less powerful weapons. You can make some good money, as well as have the satisfaction of whacking someone. If you're after a fat, cushy bounty, check out the hit list. And make sure your pretty face ain't up there!
